- In December of 2011, our son was diagnosed with Eosiniphilic Esophagitis. None of us had ever heard of this disease, but it has surely changed all of our lives! This recipes you see here are our attempt at cooking for TJ. They contain NONE of the top allergens, plus a bunch of other things he is allergic to. They are as simple as possible and may be altered according to your on necessity. Enjoy!!
